Wrapping Up 19 Years With Purpose: Found’s Year-End Tradition of Giving Back
Found has always believed that great work starts with great people, and great people make an even greater impact when they come together for good.
This year, our team leaned into compassion, local involvement, and service. One of our longest-standing traditions, and one closest to our hearts, is our annual support of The Salvation Army of Central Indiana’s Angel Tree program.
Years of Angel Tree: Making Holidays Brighter.
2025 marks Found’s seventh consecutive year adopting angels through the Angel Tree program. This includes providing gifts, essentials, and joy for children whose families need extra support during the holidays. What began in 2019 with supporting only five children has grown into a wholehearted yearly commitment. We are proud to share that we have donated more than 275 gifts and helped nearly 50 children to date.
In early December 2025, our team volunteered at The Salvation Army’s in-person distribution event, helping to pack presents, sort and organize donations, and support families picking up their gifts.
“Found’s continued support through the Angel Tree program has made a meaningful difference for families across Central Indiana. Their generosity ensures that children in need experience the joy and dignity of the holidays. We’re so grateful for their partnership and the compassion they bring to this work year after year.”

2025: A Year of Service Across Central Indiana and Beyond
While Angel Tree is a cornerstone of our giving, 2025 was filled with service in many forms. Collectively, our team dedicated around 100 volunteer hours this year, supporting a wide range of organizations and causes, including:
- Animal Shelter Drive – Humane Society of Hamilton County. Our team gathered food, supplies, and toys for dogs and cats awaiting adoption.
- Break the Stigma Walk/Run – National Mental Health Awareness Week. This was our highest-participation event of the year with 28 employees coming together to support mental health advocacy.
- Nursing Home Blankets & Visit – American Village Nursing Home. We crafted comfort items for residents and spent an afternoon playing Bingo, sharing stories, and spreading joy.
Our impact didn’t stop at Indiana. Remote employees were empowered to volunteer in their own communities, contributing time to local pet rescues, soup kitchens, environmental clean-ups, and nursing homes. Service at Found isn’t confined to a zip code; it’s part of our culture.
Looking Ahead to Our 20th Year
As we prepare to celebrate two decades of creativity, collaboration, and community in 2026, we couldn’t be more proud of the heart and generosity our team continues to show.
“Since the beginning, Found has been rooted in the idea that doing good work also means doing good in our community. We’re honored to close 2025 by reflecting on the positive impact our team has made, and by continuing to invest our time in causes that matter.”
